Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns according to the following terms:

📅 Return Period

  • During Ramadan:
    Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Outside Ramadan:
    Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

✅ Return Conditions

  • The item must be returned in its original condition:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • No odors

    • With original packaging and tags attached

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Sale items and special offers are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we cover all shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method whenever possible.
